Welcome to Da Nang Apartment Finder (the "App"). By using our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Da Nang Apartment Finder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description and Purpose

Da Nang Apartment Finder is a real-time aggregator pulling public property listings from active social streams (Facebook groups, Telegram channels, etc.) and presenting them in a structured, searchable feed.

The service is provided for informational purposes to help users identify potential rentals in Da Nang. We do not act as a landlord agency, property manager, or legal representative. We do not draft rental contracts or verify property conditions offline.

3. User Responsibility

  • Listing Verification: While we deduplicate and structure listing data, you are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence (inspecting the property, verifying ownership, and reading contracts) before signing a lease or sending deposits. We take no responsibility for disputes between users and landlords/brokers.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are liable for activities that occur under your account.
  • Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to harvest data, scrape content, or disrupt operations.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Da Nang Apartment Finder IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the listings are 100% accurate, up-to-date, or complete.
  • Limitation of Damages: Danilo Fiumi and Da Nang Apartment Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of deposits, rent disputes, fraud by third-party brokers, or loss of profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

5. Subscription Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Pricing: Access to the Premium Nomad Feed is priced at $29.90 USD/month or $9.90 USD/week, billed on a recurring cycle.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user profile avatar dropdown in the dashboard or by emailing hello@danangfinder.com. Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day, 100% money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Send an email to hello@danangfinder.com within 7 days of your initial transaction to request a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Da Nang Apartment Finder, its design, structure, and original logic (excluding aggregated listing content owned by respective third-party posters) are the property of Danilo Fiumi and are protected by international copyright laws.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Danilo Fiumi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
